Mailbox Service Disclaimer
By renting a mailbox from Avista Products Plus, you agree to the following terms:
- Mailbox rentals are intended for standard mail and reasonable package volumes.
- Large, oversized, or excessive packages may be refused or may require additional handling or storage fees at the discretion of Avista Products Plus.
- Customers are expected to retrieve packages promptly after notification. Packages left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or returned to the sender.
- Mailbox rental fees must remain current. Any mail or packages received after your mailbox rental has expired or been terminated may be refused or returned to the sender without notice.
- Customers are responsible for submitting a change of address with the U.S. Postal Service and notifying correspondents of any address changes before their mailbox service ends.
- Avista Products Plus is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from items returned to the sender due to an expired mailbox agreement or failure to comply with these terms.
Oversized Package Policy
Items that cannot reasonably fit within our storage area or require special handling may be declined, returned to the carrier, or accepted only with prior approval and applicable fees.
